SAGEONEIL Music Publishing LLC, founded by Jamaican-born artist Sage Oneil, is currently assembling a dynamic live band and vocal team for upcoming performances, recordings, and tours in Jamaica, the USA, and Canada.
Sage Oneil (Ricardo Harris) is an independent artist, songwriter, and beat producer known for blending reggae, hip-hop, R&B, and soul with storytelling that reflects deep life experience. His upcoming album, True Flames, is set to ignite the stage—and we need the right team to bring it to life.
We’re Looking For

Strong live performance skills

Experience in R&B soul,Souls, or Afro-fusion (multi-genre is a plus)

Ability to rehearse regularly and travel if needed

A professional attitude and team player mindset

Willingness to grow with an independent artist brand
Collaboration
We are seeking dedicated musicians and vocalists with strong live performance skills and experience in R&B, soul, Afro-fusion, or multi-genre music styles.
